What is Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity is the concept that all brains are different.  Brains, like fingerprints and DNA are unique.

This alone isn’t really that spectacular.  All snowflakes are unique and we still let our pets pee on them.

Neurodiversity matters because understanding that these differences occur is important to understanding what it means to be non-neurotypical.

Non-Neurotypical and Neurodivergent are terms used to denote a person who have a Neurovariance outside of the realm of the Neuromajority.
